~Some Fall Stitchin~

I don't really have anything to post about today. I have lots of new projects started but they are unfinished. We have been spending some time at our local no kill animal shelter. 2 weeks ago hubby and I found a little kitty on the side of the road screaming in pain. We immediately stopped the car and picked up the kitty. She had so many injuries that we didn't think she was going to make it. We are amazed how she is coming along. Tuesday she is scheduled to have one of her front legs amputated. After that she will be coming home with us. We hadn't intended on keeping her but after all she has been through, we couldn't leave her at the shelter to live her life. I'll take some pics of her soon. We think we are going to name her Oreo since she is black & white.

Here are a couple of fall samplers I stitched up recently. I thought I would share with you all.

  1. What a WONDERFUL thing you are doing for that little kitty! She will have a good home with you. I have yet to understand how some people can treat their animals, but if not for people like you they would be left on the side of the road!! May God bless you!! :)

Your stitcheries are adorable! I need to find some patterns like that! I haven't seen those before. Very very nice!

    Have a great day!
